PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy applies to the PineConnector product, website, and all associated tools and platforms, including PineConnector EA, PineConnector Echo, and PineConnector Portal (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Nautilion Private Limited (“we”, “us”, “our”), which owns and manages PineConnector.

We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect information when you create an account, access our website, or use any part of the Service, and describes your choices and rights regarding your information.

By creating an account, accessing the website, or using PineConnector EA, Echo, Portal, or any part of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Service.

SECTION 1 - DEFINITIONS

  • Service: Refers to any product, feature, or functionality provided by PineConnector, including PineConnector EA, PineConnector Echo, and PineConnector Portal.
  • User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
  • Personal Data: Information that identifies, relates to, describes, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked, directly or indirectly, with an individual (e.g., email address, device identifiers).

  • PineConnector Echo: A Google Chrome extension enabling manual buy/sell actions on TradingView, which are reflected in MetaTrader through PineConnector.
  • PineConnector Portal: The user interface where clients can view licenses, manage subscriptions, view signals, and perform administrative tasks.

SECTION 2 - INFORMATION WE COLLECT

2.1 Information You Provide to Us

  • Account and Contact Information: Such as name (if provided), email address, username, country/region (if provided), and information you provide when contacting support.
  • Subscription and Billing Information: Subscription plan details, billing address (if provided), payment status, and invoice information. Payment processing is typically handled by third-party payment processors, and we do not store full payment card details.
  • Support and Feedback: Information and content you submit through support tickets, emails, forms, or other communications with us.

2.2 Information We Collect Automatically

  • Portal Usage Data: Login events, license management actions, subscription management actions, security events, and administrative activity logs (for security, auditing, and service improvement).

This is processed to provide the Service, not to provide financial advice.

2.3 PineConnector Echo (Browser Extension) Data

PineConnector Echo may capture and process user interaction events necessary to perform the TradingView-to-MetaTrader bridge functionality, such as the type and timing of manual buy/sell actions and related technical events. This data is used to provide the extension’s functionality, optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and improve user experience.

2.4 Device ID Collection (Trial Abuse Prevention)

When you sign up for our services or access trials/promotions, we may collect a device identifier (Device ID or similar identifier) to prevent trial abuse, enforce fair promotions, and protect the security and integrity of our Service. This identifier is stored securely and used solely for these purposes.

2.5 Cookies and Similar Technologies

We may use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, analyze traffic, improve performance, and enhance security. You can control cookies through your browser settings; however, disabling cookies may affect certain features of the Service.

SECTION 4 - HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may disclose information in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers

We may share information with trusted vendors and service providers that perform services on our behalf, such as cloud hosting and infrastructure (including but not limited to Azure), monitoring and logging, customer support systems, email delivery, analytics, and payment processing. These providers are permitted to process information only as necessary to provide services to us and are required to protect it.

4.2 Third-Party Platforms You Use

The Service depends on third-party platforms and environments that you choose, such as TradingView, MetaTrader, and your broker. Certain information may be transmitted between these systems to provide the Service. Third parties are responsible for their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to review their policies.

4.3 Legal Compliance and Protection

We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency), or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, investigate fraud or security issues, or protect users or the public.

4.4 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure continued protection of your information.

SECTION 5 - DATA SECURITY

We implement reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction (e.g., encryption in transit, access controls, and logging). However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for notifying us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.

SECTION 6 - DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, dispute resolution, security, and enforcement requirements. When information is no longer needed, we will take reasonable steps to delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

Depending on where you live and applicable laws (including Singapore’s PDPA), you may have certain rights, such as:

  • Access and Correction: Request access to and correction of your Personal Data.
  • Withdrawal of Consent: Withdraw consent for certain processing activities where consent is the legal basis (this may affect your ability to use some features).
  • Marketing Preferences: Opt out of marketing communications where applicable (service/transactional communications may still be sent).
  • Deletion/Restriction: Request deletion or restriction of your Personal Data where applicable and permitted by law (some data may need to be retained for compliance or security).

To exercise your rights, contact us using the details in the “Contact Information” section below. We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

SECTION 8 - INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

We may process and store information in countries other than your own due to our global infrastructure and service providers. Where required by applicable law, we take reasonable steps to ensure that cross-border transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards.
